All deliveries are 2-4 weeks roughly but we advise you allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive with us and to be sent out, all orders are then sent out with DPD on a 24/48hr service within the uk but normally arrive next day, Highland & Islands and Ireland is a 2 day service, you should receive a text on the day of your delivery with a delivery time slot providing you supply your mobile number when placing your order.

In addition to this if you download the DPD app and you should receive a notification via the app and it also allows you to make changes to your delivery from there.

When your order arrives you will be sent a message to advise you it has arrived and your balance if you have one to pay needs to be paid within 48hrs unless it has been agreed in advance that it can’t be paid in a certain time or on a certain date, if the balance is not paid within that timescale then your order may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit

If you request DPD to leave the item in a safe place via there website or App then PLEASE DO NOT request it to be left in or next to any bins please make it a secure location if you do choose leave it in this location and the parcel ends up going missing as a result then we WILL not be held responsible

When your parcel arrives if it is Damaged in anyway then you MUST refuse the parcel based on the fact is damaged, if you choose to accept it like that then we WILL NOT be held responsible for any potential damage to the contents

Once you have took receipt of your delivery you MUST check ALL your items and report any issues to us within 48hrs of receiving your order for us to resolve any issues

Our standard delivery fee of £6 applies to all orders in the uk, Highland & Islands £12, Ireland £15 for any orders out with the uk please contact us for a price.
